Although technology support plans have existed for companies for years, they have left consumers behind, but now it’s time for that to change with the help of Tech Love & Care.

The company offers tech support and advice for consumers to help them maximise their interconnected lives – whether they want suggestions about what to buy, how to set up their connected home or if something goes wrong.

Customers pay a monthly subscription and have their very own tech support advisor to help them embrace the latest technology without any hiccups.

“We live in a complex digital world, where frustration ranks high and daunting terminology, incomprehensive pricing and poor customer experiences have become increasingly common,” the company said on its Crowdcube page.

“As the name suggests, Tech Love & Care aims to bring the simplicity and magic back to technology.  Our mission is to redefine service with a single-minded purpose to ensure technology works for people, not the other way around.”

Whether customers need advice about devices, retailers, apps, websites, content, online security, networks or call centres, Tech Love & Care can help for as long as you need them to.

Its main ways of making money are via subscriptions (direct to market), partnerships with strategic ocmpanies for a revenue share, value add, where a brand may include Tech Love & Care as an extra feature of their service and as a white label product for companies that may want to license the platform.

The company is appealing for £300,000 worth of funding to support partnership conversions and to deliver its initial consumer marketing activity to get customers onboard.

So far, Tech Love & Care has raised £90,000 on Crowdcube with 21 days left in its campaign and is offering 15 per cent equity to anyone who supports the company.
